Institutional e-mails under papers - still good state of the art?

Most researchers still use institutional e-mails in papers, abstracts or presentations. I don't think this is appropriate, especially with today's researcher's mobility and not-forwarding institute admins. Supporting institution is clearly provided by the affiliation.
